Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your UnCapped inhaler. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Returns window 3 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible for return
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Product is completely unopened and in its original packaging
Not eligible for return
- Any product that has been opened. The cotton wick is a personal use item — once unsealed, we cannot accept it back for hygiene reasons.
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
How to request a return Email masfitsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product in its unopened packaging. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Refunds Once we receive and verify the returned item is unopened, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or wrong product, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
